My Maps

Virginia and I will be leaving Wednesday to fly to Tokyo and join our granddaughter (Cassady) for a lengthy spring break adventure. We will go as far south as Okinawa, and our stops include Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nara, Nagasaki, Osaka, and Utsunomiya. I will blog during the trip, and try to keep everyone updated as to our progress.

The first night we are staying at the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo. Frank Lloyd Wright designed the original that gave way to development in 1968. Some of the original fascade remains in the Meiji-Mura Museum. Check out Wikipedia for an amazing collection of photos of Wright’s original structure.
